Inside Sales Executive Inbound Leads

Pune | On-site / Hybrid

Experience: 14 years (B2B preferred)


Role Overview:

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage all inbound leads and support the sales team with high-quality lead qualification, CRM discipline, and consistent follow-ups.

This role is critical to ensuring lead quality, timely engagement, accurate documentation, and zero lead leakage across the sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to all inbound leads (website, campaigns, referrals, calls)
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, timelines, and fit
  • Accurately add, enrich, and maintain leads in CRM
  • Ensure timely and systematic follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Share appropriate sales collaterals (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies)
  • Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Manager based on geography and requirement
  • Maintain clear documentation and CRM hygiene at all stages
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead outcomes


Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

  • 14 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • High discipline in documentation, follow-ups, and CRM usage
  • Comfortable handling inbound lead volumes
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales (industrial, services, machinery, SaaS, etc.)
  • Basic familiarity with lead qualification concepts (need, budget, timeline)
