Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Desire Candidate: Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in sales profile (Fresher with Education Background & Knowledge of Wealth Management are welcome for Interview )

NOTE : Position Budget: Compensation: up to 2.0 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs LPA (Fixed 18000 to 25000/- Monthly) + Incentives.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Executive who is energetic, driven, and confident in building human connections. As a consultative sales professional, you'll guide professionals in taking control of their financial future through our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Relationship Management:

- Drive sales as an individual contributor

- Establish and manage relationships with clients

- Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure operational cohesion and future growth

Client Engagement:

- Engage with inbound leads via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Lead Generation will be perk

- Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process

- Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight

Required Profile:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales finance/wealth management industry preferred

- Fresher with education background in wealth management are also welcome for interview Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides
