Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru | Delhi | Mumbai. In this role, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, actively reaching out to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities include effectively communicating the benefits of our software solutions, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The candidate will collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales (SaaS experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to "own" a phone conversation.
- Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach, Lusha, or Apollo.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focused, goal-oriented approach.
