Shelves Tech is a New Delhi-based medical equipment provider specializing in high-impact infrastructure (PSA Oxygen Plants, Refurbished CT/X-Rays) and surgical consumables. After a landmark 250% growth last year, we are scaling from 2.5 Cr to 5 Cr and expanding into African and Middle Eastern markets. We are looking for a sharp, organized Inside Sales Coordinator to be the engine of our sales operations.
The Role:
You won't just be an employee; you will be the backbone of our sales process. You will handle everything from the first "Hello" to the final invoice, ensuring our clients receive world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Cold calling and email outreach to private hospitals, nursing homes, and international distributors.
Quotation Management: Drafting professional, technical quotations for capital equipment (CT Scans, PSA Plants) and high-volume consumables (IV Sets).
Billing & Invoicing: Managing the end-to-end documentation, GST invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Client Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for existing clients to ensure recurring orders for consumables.
CRM Management: Keeping our lead database organized and ready for international trade shows.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 13 years in Sales Coordination or Inside Sales (preferably in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Industrial Equipment).
Skills: Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic accounting/invoicing software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (to handle international clients) and Hindi.
Mindset: Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
