This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Mumbai. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include customer communication, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless client and sales support.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
