Job Summary

You will play a key role in managing leads, communicating with customers, and supporting day-to-day administrative and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Make outbound calls to inquiries and potential leads (online, walk-ins, referrals)

Share product/service information and drive appointments or store visits

Follow up with warm leads to improve conversions

Coordinate with the sales team for consultations and scheduling

Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems

Operations Tasks

Handle daily admin tasks documentation, data entry, record maintenance

Prepare reports: lead status, follow-ups, schedules, productivity

Manage emails, calendars, and internal coordination

Support front-office and file management activities

Customer Interaction

Deliver polite and professional communication

Assist with queries related to services, appointments, and orders

Ensure strong customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication & customer-handling skills

Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Positive attitude with adaptability and professionalism

Qualifications

High school / Diploma / Graduate (any discipline)

Experience in sales support, customer service, admin, or calling roles preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
