Job Description

Inside Sales Alumni Relations (MBA, 13 Years Exp., 78 LPA)


Key Responsibilities

- Drive alumni engagement through active outreach, networking, and regular communication via calls, emails, and social platforms.

- Strategically manage the alumni database and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.

- Support relationship-building by organizing online alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions.

- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the alumni network.

- Act as a bridge between alumni and institutional teams, gathering feedback and channeling queries to relevant stakeholders.

- Achieve monthly targets for engagement and business development initiatives through effective inside sales techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

- MBA (full-time) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institute.

- 13 years experience in inside sales, business development, or alumni relations.

- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn outreach, and data entry.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.


Preferred Skills

- Experience in ed-tech, education management, or similar sectors.

- Experience conducting online events/webinars.

- Skill in content creation, newsletter coordination, or alumni communications.


Compensation

- Annual CTC: 78 lakhs, plus performance-based incentives.
