As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

1. 10–15 years total experience with 5+ on Salesforce and 3+ in Retail/Consumer Goods, having led at least two end-to-end Salesforce transformations as a functional lead/solution architect (e.g., Order Management, Salesforce Automation (SFA), Distribution Management Systems (DMS), CPG retail execution/Trade Promotion Management (TPM) integrations).

2. Demonstrated Salesforce depth across Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management, B2C Commerce (SFRA), Experience Cloud, Marketing/Data Cloud, or Field Service, plus strong MuleSoft/API-led integration and Platform Events with ERP/POS/OMS.

3. Proven architecture ownership: target-state design and roadmaps, make/buy decisions, data and security architecture, non-functional requirements and peak readiness, observability, and release governance in multi-cloud Salesforce environments.

4. Consulting leadership and credentials: runs discovery/blueprinting and design authority, can manage customer relationships and influences senior stakeholders; preferred certifications include Salesforce Application/System Architect or B2C Solution Architect, Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional

Mandatory skill sets:

Knowledge on CG Cloud, DMS, SFA and peripheral areas like Commerce cloud, and hands on project experience in Solutioning.
