Responsibilities

· Be 100% billable on client engagements (this means minimum 125 hrs billable avg / month (minimum 1,500 hrs billable p.a.) )

· Expertise in Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Cloud as a minimum

· Expertise in either FSL or CPQ

· Able to own, lead and carry out related data migration planning and preparation activities

· Elicit requirements from users/customers in line with project scope, applying appropriate

methods, e.g. 1-2-1 interviews, workshops, questionnaires, user shadowing etc.

· Document As-Is and To-be processes of high quality that can be presented to customers

· Carry out Gap Analysis and produce documentation of high quality that can be presented

to customers

· Identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvements for the client.

· Solve problems and challenges and make or contribute to disciplined decisions based on

available information

· Accurately translate requirements elicited from the client into detailed User Stories and

corresponding Acceptance Criteria

· Able to recommend suitable solutions / participate and contribute in Solution Design

· Be a point of contact for the developing team to clarify any questions on requirements

· Plan, design, manage and execute tests on solutions build (on smaller engagements where

no QA is assigned) or contribute to these activities, carried out by a senior or QA resource

· Configuration of Salesforce using OOTB features

· Perform and own sprint demo's / Show & Tell sessions / Playback sessions to clients

· Generate UAT scripts for the clients implementation (on smaller engagement where no QA

is assigned) or contribute to generation of UAT scripts generated by the QA resource

· Be point of contact for the client during UAT, categorize issues following the defect management process and work with the development team to resolve the issues/bugs. Depending on size of the engagement, you may be the sole contact or part of a larger team

· Generate and deliver training material as needed

· Story validation pre QA, to ensure the correct scenarios are tested

· Use IT systems to keep track of resources and project progress, e.g. LucidChart,

Smartsheet etc.

· Ensure Delivery standards and practices are met by you

· Be point of contact for your Project Manager to ensure that timelines in the project plan are

met

· For smaller delivery engagements, plan the project, this does include setting of

Milestones, defining Roles and Responsibilities (RACI) and timelines in accordance with

the needs of the client.

This also includes scope management

· Be point of contact for your project team and resolve any blockers the team is

encountering (if no dedicated PM)

· Build a good relationship with Stakeholders, this will be the client but also 3rd party

solution providers

· Keep existing certifications up to date in a timely manner (within 1 month) as soon as

refresher/maintenance exams become available (Salesforce and other as applicable)

· Keep up to date with technical trends and obtain relevant certifications on Salesforce, and

other tools as agreed with your line manager

· During Hypercare - be point of contact for the allocated period to understand criticality of

issues, categorize using the defect management process and manage issues them to

completion

· Participate in interviewing candidates for team growth.

· Help upskill technical members of the delivery team on delivery standards and practices

· Work with TL's and TA's around preparation of demo material relating to releases.

Assess customers orgs and tailor demo's relating to releases and carry out demos to the customer

· Propose improvements around streamlining ways of working by Consultants, both internally and for customers where appropriate e.g. templates with points/questions depending on cloud. Minimum 2 improvement proposals within a 6 month period

· Minimum Certifications

· Salesforce Admin

· Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud

· FSL or CPQ certified

· 2 or more Superbadges per quarter

· 1 or more Superbadges per quarter

Mandatory skill sets:

Solution Design,  Sales, Service, Community and Marketing Cloud  , FSL or CPQ , UAT scripts
