Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced software developers with:

*strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

*ability to coordinate with multiple teams and ensure smooth coordination

*ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

*good verbal and written communication skills

*ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Key responsibilities include: *Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). *Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring clarity of requirements. *Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress. *Promote Agile values and principles, and guide the team toward self-organization and accountability. *Track and communicate team progress using appropriate metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity). *Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and development work. *Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity. *Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions. *Support the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across the organization.

Skill sets *Strong communication and collaboration skills *Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure coordination in between user stories and tasks *Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban *Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Azure DevOps *Exposure to Agile methodology and Scaled agile projects
