Summary: As an Infrastructure Monitoring Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing event monitoring of system-generated and manual identification of events (non-voice) related to Cohesity Backup Administration. Your typical day will involve monitoring and troubleshooting backup issues, ensuring data integrity and availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Monitor and troubleshoot backup issues related to Cohesity Backup Administration, ensuring data integrity and availability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions, including backup and recovery strategies, data retention policies, and disaster recovery plans. - Perform regular backups and maintenance tasks, including backup scheduling, backup verification, and backup reporting. - Maintain and update backup policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution related to backup and recovery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience Cohesity Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in backup and recovery strategies, data retention policies, and disaster recovery plans. - Solid understanding of backup and recovery processes, including backup scheduling, backup verification, and backup reporting. - Experience in maintaining and updating backup policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills related to backup and recovery processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cohesity Backup Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Gurugram office.
