Location: Flexible (India preferred for proximity to eng teams
Role Summary: Guide and oversee technical implementation of SN modules, configurations, integrations, and platform extensions. This role ensures SN configuration aligns with Google’s modular, API-first strategy and interfaces cleanly with systems like SAP and other internal 1P platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
● Define best practices for SN platform configuration and extension
● Collaborate with ISVs to ensure scalable, compliant implementation
● Guide API design and usage between SN and external systems
● Validate configuration approaches to avoid excessive customization
● Conduct technical reviews and participate in sprint planning with SWE teams
● Document all learnings / decisions. Conduct defined level of Knowledge Transfer back to a Googler on periodic basis
Required Experience:
● 8+ years in SN technical roles (platform owner, solution architect)
● Strong understanding of SN data model, scripting, integrations
● Experience working in multi-system environments with API-first design
● Experience coordinating with implementation vendors or SIs
