Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk operations and be comfortable working in a hybrid model. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day technical support tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure smooth operation of IT services.Oversee the Service Desk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Implement and maintain IT service management processes to enhance service delivery.Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system reliability.Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes procedures and troubleshooting guides.Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for IT security and data protection.Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.Analyze and report on Service Desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Participate in the development and implementation of IT strategies and roadmaps.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Service Desk operations with at least 6 years of relevant experience.Demonstrate proficiency in IT service management tools and processes.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies.Show strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.Display the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
