Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and Ansible and a strong background in Finance & Accounting domains. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable deployments.Implement and manage configuration management processes using Ansible to automate system configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of services.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to maintain smooth operations.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all infrastructure activities.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks in the infrastructure.Document infrastructure designs processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure practices.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.Work closely with the Finance & Accounting teams to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored infrastructure solutions.Contribute to the development of infrastructure roadmaps and strategies to align with organizational goals.Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.Have extensive experience with Ansible for configuration management.Demonstrate a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Show proficiency in monitoring and optimizing system performance.Display knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure management.Have experience in disaster recovery planning and execution.Possess strong documentation and communication skills.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Exhibit the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
