Job Summary
The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Automic Workload Automation systems. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts this position requires a deep understanding of automation processes to ensure seamless operations. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Automic Workload Automation systems to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions that align with business goals.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Implement security measures to protect automation systems from potential threats.Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.Analyze system data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.Train and mentor junior team members to build a strong technical team.Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to automation systems.Contribute to the development of strategic plans for automation technology adoption.
Qualifications
