Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Azure and Windows Server Administration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Azure cloud services to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows Server environments.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Perform regular system updates and patches to maintain system integrity.
  • Conduct system audits and generate reports to identify and address potential issues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects to support business objectives.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members on infrastructure-related tasks.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud and server administration.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Azure cloud services and their administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Have experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Show proficiency in monitoring and maintaining system performance.
  • Exhibit strong documentation skills for system configurations and processes.
  • Have a proactive approach to system updates and patches.
