Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 6 to 9 years of experience in DevOps and Ansible. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role involves managing infrastructure development and ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by optimizing infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline deployment and integration processes.
  • Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of infrastructure tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on infrastructure-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all infrastructure activities.
  • Optimize infrastructure performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in infrastructure development.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work to meet project requirements.
