Pro-Active SO - SRE


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to enhance system stability and scalability.
  • Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing system performance metrics.
  • Implement and manage ELK stack for efficient log management and analysis.
  • Leverage Dynatrace AppMon for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Use Splunk for comprehensive data analysis and security monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Provide support for Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domain-specific infrastructure requirements.
  • Implement automation tools and processes to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in SRE Grafana ELK Dynatrace AppMon and Splunk.
  • Have domain expertise in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in infrastructure automation and scripting.
  • Have experience in hybrid work environments.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
