Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Web Services and ITIL. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. Proficiency in English is essential. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
Experience on ITIL Process consulting and or implementationServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certificationLead and own ServiceNow technical deliveriesShould have completed ServiceNow Integrations with Third party tools using APIs Web ServicesDesign & Implement ServiceNow Integration with Third party APIs tools using various adaptors plug ins Integration techniques using Web-Services like SOAP REST etc.Experience on LDAP SSO integrations Experience with Enterprise tools like eMite Zenoss or any other ITSM toolDefine and implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projectsExperience on following ServiceNow modules Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Level Management CMDB Knowledge Management Asset Management and CMSExperience on Java scriptingAbility to define and implement best practicesExperience in creating and modifying workflowsExperience in design development and deployment in ServiceNowExperience in documentation and review activitiesExperience in complex data migrationExperience in conducting trainings on ServiceNowExcellent experience on complex ServiceNow integrationsExperience in creating custom applicationsGood understanding on ServiceNow dedicated and shared instances usage and feasibilityExcellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboardsExperience in conducting and document due-diligence for customer tools process and projectsExperience on configuration management process definition modeling and process refinementCMDB and Discovery troubleshootingExperience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modellingAbility to create integration architectureAbility to create templates for foundation data CMDB etc.Experience in Java and related web technologies is preferred
