Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow CSM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure development processes and ensuring optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow CSM.Ensure the infrastructure meets the business requirements and performance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.Maintain and update documentation related to infrastructure processes and configurations.Implement best practices for infrastructure development and maintenance.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure processes.Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.Provide training and support to team members on infrastructure-related topics.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in infrastructure development.Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.
Qualifications
