Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow Service Portal and ServiceNow ITSM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide technical expertise in the design and development of infrastructure solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.Ensure that all infrastructure solutions are scalable secure and compliant with industry standards.Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to enhance efficiency.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to track performance metrics.Lead the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow Service Portal and ITSM modules.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and ServiceNow ITSM.Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.Must have excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.Should be proficient in developing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.Nice to have experience with other ITSM tools and technologies.Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications Required
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
