Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Datadog SolarWinds Log & Event Manager and Dynatrace. This role is hybrid with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage infrastructure using Datadog SolarWinds Log & Event Manager and Dynatrace to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide real-time analysis and troubleshooting of infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure monitoring processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of infrastructure to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Optimize infrastructure performance through continuous monitoring and analysis.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on infrastructure-related issues.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of infrastructure by implementing best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
  • Analyze infrastructure performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys infrastructure remains cutting-edge.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Datadog SolarWinds Log & Event Manager and Dynatrace.
  • Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of infrastructure security best practices.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
  • Have experience in conducting infrastructure audits.
  • Be capable of optimizing infrastructure performance through continuous monitoring.
  • Show ability to provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Demonstrate experience in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.
