Required Skills & Qualifications

: 15 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter.

: Willingness to work in a night shift environment.

: Strong communication and coordination skills.

: Experience working with ATS and job boards.

: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

: Good organizational and follow-up skills.
