Job Description
Department: Information Technology
Position: Executive / Senior Executive / Junior Manager IT System & Network Administration
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows Servers, networking equipment, and Active Directory.
- Perform regular data backups, disaster-recovery activities, and ensure overall system reliability and uptime.
- Provide technical support for pharma-specific applications and ensure seamless system operations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Data Integrity guidelines.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in audits and documentation related to IT processes and compliance standards.
Experience :
2 to 8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
