Information Technology Specialist

Role: IT Specialist IAM

Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

Employment Type: Permanent

You will be part of the Global Identity & Access Management Team , responsible for managing and supporting authentication systems such as Azure AD, ADFS, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access , and related IAM tools.

This role involves a 165 shift environment (morning/evening shifts) and occasional on-call support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Azure AD, ADFS, AD, LDAP directories
• Handle Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC)
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and ensure quick service restoration
• Respond to SIEM alerts and security events
• Maintain IAM documentation
• Support global users across multiple regions

Required Experience:

• 45+ years of hands-on experience in IAM / Authentication & Access Management
• Strong experience in Azure AD, ADFS, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect
• Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, App Proxy
• PowerShell / Python scripting
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
