Details:
- ServiceNow - IT Service Management (ITSM) (Level 5)
- Basic and advanced operations performed by users and the system; Business Cases / Use Cases; Change and Release Management; Configuration Management; Incident Management; Integration capabilities; Key Performance Indicators and Benchmarks; Key tables used in the application; Knowledge Management; Pre-req:; Primary application components (Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.)
- Problem Management
- Relationships among application tables
- Request Fulfillment
- Selection of appropriate features and functions to meet business requirements
- Training intended for large implementations where knowledge of ITSM Platform, ITSM Processes and CMDB may be required.
- Consultants should have intermediate knowledge on Value proposition
