About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong expertise across SACM, GRC/IRM and ITOM. Ideal candidates will have deep handson technical skills, strong consulting experience, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Candidates must bring 67+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience aligned to the role they are applying for.

Mandatory Skills (RoleBased)

1. SACM Specialist (Service Asset & Configuration Management)

• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, SACM
• Experience with product strategy, requirements gathering, user stories, specs
• ITAM/HAM understanding
• Knowledge of SDLC & Agile processes
• Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills

2. GRC Solution Architect (IRM/GRC)

• Deep knowledge of IRM modules
• Experience in full GRC implementation lifecycles
• Architecture documentation & roadmapping
• Ability to mentor teams and lead client engagements

3. ITOM Consultant / ITOM Specialist

• Strong domain expertise in IT Operations & ITIL best practices
• Handson with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Experience conducting workshops, requirement gathering, gap analysis
• Creating functional specs, user stories, and process documentation
• Supporting UAT, training, and adoption

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• CAS, CAD, CIS Certifications
• ITIL V4 certification
• Performance Analytics experience
• KPI/Analytics for service performance
• Strong leadership & communication skills

Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules
• Work with stakeholders to define technical specs, roadmaps, and process flows
• Drive integration, customization, and platform enhancements
• Manage CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and data quality
• Create documentation: architectures, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Conduct workshops, testing (UAT/Unit Testing), and client training
• Ensure platform governance, security, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

• 67+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Strong hands-on technical and architectural background
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams
• Excellent communication, consulting, and documentation skills
