We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive with strong experience in freelance bidding platforms. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, and closing deals for software, mobile app, and web development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and Truelancer

Generate high-quality leads for IT services (web, mobile apps, software)

Communicate with clients to understand project requirements

Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines

Convert leads into paying clients (end-to-end sales cycle)

Maintain long-term relationships with clients

Coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in freelance bidding (Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer, etc.)

Strong understanding of IT services (websites, apps, software development)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to write compelling proposals

Experience in lead generation and deal closing

Self-driven, target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in an IT services company

Knowledge of international client handling

Understanding of basic technical concepts (React, Flutter, Node.js, etc.)
