Job Details:

• Job Title: US IT Recruiter
• Location: Thane, Mumbai (Onsite)
• Experience: Minimum 1-20 years Year in US Recruitment
• Joining: Immediate or within 10-15 Days
• Compensation: No bar for the right candidate

Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
• Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.
• Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-20 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
