About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Recruiter with hands-on expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technology skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Birlasoft requirements and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

*End-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles.

*Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

*Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

*Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

*Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

*210 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.

*Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly preferred.

*Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Education:

*Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR, IT, or related field preferred).
