Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Procurement Executive located in Chennai. The role involves managing procurement activities for Dell Systems. He/She will manage end-to-end Dell order processing, ensuring accurate order placement, tax compliance, timely delivery, and smooth payment coordination in collaboration with Zoho IT Procurement and Dell teams. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with internal teams to assess and align procurement with company needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for all Dell order processing activities
• Coordinate with Zoho IT Procurement for PO creation and approvals
• Punch orders in the Dell Premier Portal using authorized Zoho credentials
• Ensure correct GST, IGST, and SEZ invoicing while placing orders
• Track order status with Dell and provide regular updates to the Zoho team
• Ensure the availability of the authorized signatory and the company seal at delivery locations
• Ensure timely E-Way Bill approval and coordinate BOE ID for SEZ billing
• Follow up post-delivery for invoice processing and timely payment to Dell

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in IT procurement or vendor coordination
• Knowledge of GST, IGST, SEZ invoicing, and E-Way Bill processes
• Familiarity with procurement systems (Zoho preferred) and vendor portals
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
