Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers)
• Manage IT assets, vendors, and infrastructure upgrades
• Support network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
• Perform SAP Basis tasks (health checks, transports, user & role management)
• Monitor security events, manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security reporting

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
• 57 years of IT hardware & infrastructure experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and Windows/Linux systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis & cybersecurity
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
