Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technology Intern to join our Service Desk team. This 12-week unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare technology, IT systems, and support operations all conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with integration monitoring and reconciliations
• Document updates, issues, and progress in Jira
• Support service desk operations and client coordination
• Participate in structured weekly training modules and assessments
• Perform daily system checks and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• You should have your own laptop and Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work 9 AM 6 PM EST, MondayFriday
