We are seeking a highly skilled Infra Lead with strong hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT function, ensuring business continuity, and driving technology initiatives that align with goals.

Technical Skills Required:

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution design.

Strong knowledge of networking, switches, firewalls, storage systems, AD, DNS, and file servers.

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Hyper-V, and VDI platforms.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments.

Proven track record in IT security and compliance.
