Information Technology Executive

Were looking for a hands-on IT Executive who can take ownership of daily IT operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across the organization. This role involves providing timely technical support, maintaining systems, and supporting teams with reliable IT infrastructure at Dermatouch .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, and network-related issues
• Set up systems for new joiners, manage user access, data backups, and basic security practices
• Troubleshoot issues related to systems, emails, internet connectivity, and business applications
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT assets, AMC renewals, and hardware repairs
• Maintain IT inventory, system documentation, and compliance-related records
• Support internal tools such as POS systems, CRM software, and other office applications

Skills & Eligibility

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 13 years of experience in IT support or system administration
• Working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of office IT setups and standard security practices
• Clear communication skills with a practical, problem-solving approach
