Configure and maintain Vertex O Series / Vertex Cloud including:

Product taxability mappings aligned to Infor item masters

Customer tax profiles and exemption handling

Tax areas, jurisdictions, and geocode assignments

Rule setup for sales, use, and special taxes

Maintain tax decision logic for complex Infor transactions

Apply and validate Vertex tax content and rate updates

Manage exemption certificates and exemption logic
