Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, tools/methods to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with client project teams to understand their requirements and provide expert advice. - Assist in solution design and delivery by leveraging your functional and technical expertise. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions. - Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals to help them grow in their roles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other middleware technologies such as WebLogic or IBM WebSphere. - Strong understanding of middleware administration principles and best practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues. - Knowledge of security and performance optimization in middleware environments. - Ability to configure and manage various components of Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Python. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Proactive Bench education is required.
