Role Brief:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates (2 nos.) for Internship in our Merchant Banking division. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to equity capital market transactions, financial analysis, deal execution, and investment research while working closely with senior professionals.

This role provides practical experience in real-world transactions such as IPOs, pre-IPO placements, fundraising mandates, and corporate advisory assignments.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist in execution of IPO and Pre-IPO transactions

Support preparation of pitch decks, investment memorandums, and company presentation Conduct industry research, company analysis, and market benchmarking

Perform financial analysis, ratio analysis, and valuation support

Support due diligence processes and data room management

Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors

Role Requirements:

Candidates who have completed CA and candidates eligible for industrial training desirous of gaining exposure in Merchant Banking field.

Strong financial analysis and audit background.

Strong attention to detail.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel on assignment need.
