Key Responsibilities:

• Should have rich experience in Consulting to lead delivery of large business-technology engagements especially in Digital Manufacturing/ Digital Quality.
• Working experience in developing the future Digital Manufacturing/ Quality roadmap and related Enterprise Architectures for customers in Lifesciences
• Responsible for Transformation & Value Enhancement for clients in Life Sciences
• Should help create though leadership and innovative offerings in Digital Manufacturing/ Quality, Industry 4.0, Industry X space along with broader Accenture technology teams and Ventures to take to customers and hence drive sales and delivery efforts

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Establish a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads, technology team and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends.
• Requires ability to solve problems with cost-effective, efficient solutions.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Build an ROI-driven product value roadmap that captures full lifecycle of the product – from concept through maturity and eventually to disinvest stage
• The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, client relationships & an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
• Need good mix of both technology and business as the below:
  • Domain (at least ONE): Lifesciences, Chemicals or Consumer Goods [Preferably Lifesciences]
  • Business Area (at least TWO): Supply Chain and Manufacturing/ Quality
  • Technology (Manufacturing)
    • Capability and exposure to key enterprise manufacturing technologies in MES, Historian, SCADA/PLC, DAC, Capital Projects and related Digital manufacturing technologies as applicable in Lifesciences
    • Two key technologies related exposure:  PTC, OSIPI, Werum, Rockwell, Procore or Similar stacks
    • At-least one cloud stack knowhow/knowledge (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
    • Enterprise Architect for Lifesciences or Consumer goods related applications and process flows as applicable for Manufacturing
  • Technology (Quality)
    • Capability and exposure to key enterprise Quality technologies in LIMS, QMS and related Quality technologies as applicable in Lifesciences
    • Exposure to Lean Labs, Digital Lab of the future, lab instrument integrations and related Industry X (Quality) use cases
    • Two key technologies related exposure: Perkin Elmer, Veeva, Trackwise, Labware, Lab-vantage, Caliber, Blue Crux-Binocs, Cr-Results- Smart QC/QA or similar stacks
    • At-least one cloud stack knowhow/knowledge (Microsoft, AWS, Google)
    • Enterprise Architect for Lifesciences or Consumer goods related applications and process flows as applicable for Quality

Years of experience

• Minimum 5+ years in a Top tier Consulting firm in Life Sciences in Manufacturing/ Quality space

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
