Job Description
Arthayan is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Incubation Manager to spearhead our growth engine. This role is designed for a "builder" who thrives at the intersection of startup ecosystem orchestration, corporate engagement, and strategic brand building. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our programsfrom pitching to corporates and securing sponsorships to managing a high-quality mentor network and scaling our digital presence.
The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can navigate video pitches with C-suite executives one hour and coordinate the logistics of a high-impact accelerator event the next.
- Corporate & Incubator Outreach: Actively identify and approach new corporate partners and incubators. Conduct discovery calls, introduce Arthayans value proposition, and pitch for new projects.
- Revenue Growth: Secure new program contracts and event sponsorships to meet defined output targets.
- Proposal Crafting: Develop high-quality, winning proposals for grants, funding, and commercial partnerships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Initiate and formalize alliances with partner organizations to strengthen Arthayans market position.
- Mentor Management: Identify and onboard relevant industry experts and successful entrepreneurs to our mentor network.
- Industry Presence: Represent Arthayan at key industry events, workshops, and startup summits to increase brand visibility.
- Program Management: Lead the successful execution of ongoing and new incubation/acceleration programs and flagship events.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Arthayan accelerator network, ensuring seamless communication across startup cohorts and corporate partners.
- LinkedIn Growth: Strategy and execution to increase the follower base and engagement on Arthayans LinkedIn page.
- Content & Communcation: Oversee communication strategies related to our startup network and partnership successes to build "top-of-mind" awareness in the ecosystem.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in startup incubation, venture capital, corporate innovation, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional pitching and negotiation skills; ability to command a "virtual room" during video calls.
- Network: Existing relationships within the Indian startup ecosystem (mentors, investors, and corporate innovation heads) is a significant plus.
- Strategic Writing: Ability to synthesize complex ideas into crisp, persuasive decks and grant applications.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable tracking input metrics (calls/leads) to drive output metrics (revenue/partnerships).
