Job Title: In-Country Representative Agent Engagement

BorderPass is a digital immigration platform partnering with 40+ Canadian colleges and universities to provide students and agents worldwide with free or low-cost immigration services. Our platform simplifies study permit applications with the support of licensed Canadian immigration lawyers, helping agents achieve better visa outcomes for their students.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected In-Country Representative to drive engagement with education agents in India. This role focuses on building strong relationships with agents, supporting their adoption of the BorderPass platform, and increasing student applications from your market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with education agents in the region.
  • Promote BorderPasss benefits and support agents in maximizing platform adoption.
  • Training & Support
  • Deliver agent workshops, webinars, or one-on-one training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to ensure smooth, accurate application submissions.
  • Market Development
  • Represent BorderPass at local events, fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights on local market trends.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary local liaison between agents and the BorderPass central team.
  • Submit regular reports on agent engagement, student applications, and market insights.


Qualifications:

  • Strong network of education agents or counselors in the local market.
  • Experience in international education, recruitment, or immigration services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Fluency in English; additional local languages are a plus.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new active agents onboarded.
  • Growth in student applications submitted via BorderPass.
  • Number of training sessions, workshops, or events conducted.
  • Agent and student satisfaction scores.
  • Quality and completeness of student applications submitted through agents.


Additional Details:

  • Travel within the region may be required.
