Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using incident management tools and software.
Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications: ITIL certification is preferred.
