Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant (Technical Lead – LoS) with extensive experience in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with expertise in Global RTGS schemes & High Value Payments for BFSI domain. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to lead pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the functional architecture framework for high value payments related engagements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Create wireframes & process flows for settlement models & perform gap analysis

· Design frameworks for market benchmarking & provide recommendations for best practices in the RTGS payment space

· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies

· Guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Must understand RTGS & cross-border settlement models

· Should have hands on experience in 2 or more of the following payment schemes: Fedwire, CHIPS, Target2, CHAPS, CHATS, REPSS, RITS, CLS & Lynx

· Expertise of current trends in the global central banking space

· End-to-End understanding of overall lifecycle for RTGS payments covering aspects like liquidity, reserve management, intraday limit checks etc.

· Must understand the settlement process across instruments like central bank currency swaps, liquidity bridges, FX swaps, money market instruments etc.

· Basic understanding of ISO 20022 messaging formats.

· Proficient in putting thoughts onto Slides / document

· Excellent in communication skills (verbal & written)

Good to Have:

· Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

· Data modelling experience
