We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator to join our design team. The ideal

candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to translate concepts, briefs, and ideas into

compelling illustrations that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create original illustrations for advertising campaigns, digital media, social media, print, and

brand collaterals

Interpret creative briefs and develop illustration styles that match brand tone and campaign

requirements

Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, copywriters, and account teams

Adapt illustrations for multiple formats and platforms (digital, print, OOH, etc.)

Revise and refine artwork based on internal and client feedback

Maintain consistency in visual style across projects while exploring new creative approaches

Manage timelines efficiently to meet project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as an Illustrator (agency experience preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing illustration work across digital and print formats

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools

Good understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling

Ability to work in multiple illustration styles as per project needs

Strong attention to detail and creativity

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment

Experience working with advertising or branding projects

Basic understanding of motion design or storyboarding

Knowledge of current design and illustration trends

Ability to conceptualize and create illustrations from scratch, including hand sketching and

rough visual exploration before final execution
