Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) environment
Configure, monitor, and optimize ETL processes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Informatica IICS
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data integration requirements
Implement best practices for data integration and ETL processes
Ensure data quality and integrity across systems
Plan and execute system upgrades and patches
Document configurations, processes, and changes in the system
Provide training and support to users and team members
