Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end ERP / IFS implementation projects, with a focus on IFS10 and IFS Cloud
- Work closely with business stakeholders and key users to understand requirements and design optimized workflows within IFS
- Support Procurement and Inventory module implementation, customization, and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to identify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
- Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, and technical documentation
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
- Work on IFS integrations with external systems, including Wadaco or Procurement systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, system security, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot issues related to data discrepancies, configuration errors, and application performance
- Stay updated with IFS technology trends, best practices, and product enhancements
- Support international rollouts and work effectively in a global delivery environment
Technical Skills Required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP projects, with at least 6 years of experience in IFS10, extending to IFS Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience in IFS10, with involvement in 3 to 5 end-to-end implementations
- Strong background in Procurement, Inventory, and Technology
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, including Procedures, Triggers, and Packages
- Expertise in IFS development tools and development/customization of IFS application forms/screens
- Experience in IFS integration development, including:
- API Factory
- BizAPIs
- Microservices
- REST APIs
- Good understanding of XML format for data exchange
- Expertise in development and customization of Order Reports across different functional areas of IFS
- Proficiency in developing:
- Lobbies
- Quick Reports
- Database Events
- Scheduled Tasks
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Experience in handling Base Profiles
- Strong working knowledge of IFS R&P
- Expertise in Data Migration, including:
- Creating FnD jobs
- Working with external files
- Writing data migration scripts
- Hands-on experience in implementing IFS Procurement and Inventory modules in IFS10 or higher
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have
- Experience in Terminal Operations
- Experience with IFS10 highest version
- Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments
- Consulting background preferred
