IELTS Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and effective test strategies . As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching students to improve their English proficiency, test-taking skills, and confidence to achieve their desired IELTS band scores.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS training sessions for students in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking .
• Develop customized lesson plans and practice materials to suit different learning levels.
• Provide constructive feedback on students performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Teach time management techniques and exam strategies to maximize scores.
• Conduct mock tests and evaluate students progress.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam changes and trends.
• Offer personalized guidance and motivation to students.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certified IELTS Trainer (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in IELTS coaching (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of IELTS scoring criteria and test formats .
• Ability to motivate students and improve their confidence in English.
• Patience and strong communication skills to handle students of different proficiency levels.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms (for remote positions).
