ICO Accountant

Your Role:

Timely and accurate processing of ICO Supplier invoices, ensuring that ICO Suppliers are paid within established time limits for the Business related regions.

Responsible for effective and efficient ICO reporting process to deliver Financial statements and management reporting for Atlas Copco („AC“) Vacuum Technique („VT“) entities in accurate and timely manner according to Group policies.

Principal accountabilities: 

1. Follow strict criteria for invoice processing onto relevant AP Systems; ensure that invoices are processed accurately and on a timely basis, following relevant policies and procedures.
2. Identify and correct erroneous VAT input including foreign invoices.
3. Preparation of ICO supplier reconciliations and follow-up outstanding items to ensure they are recorded in the system.
4. Ensure queries received are investigated, resolved, and responded to accurately and on time, following Edwards policies and procedures. 
5. Prepares IFRS based Monthly Group Reporting ICO balances and/or cooperates on monthly close procedures
6. Books standard ICO journal entries and standard ICO accruals
7. Prepares ICO balance sheet reconciliations
8. Ensures that the ICO sub-ledgers and general ledger ICO balances are complete and accurate
9. Ensures that all ICO balances are existing, complete and properly supported
10. Work closely with colleagues to ensure all requirements of the group are covered and assist where appropriate.
11. Communicate/escalate potential issues to the team lead and work together on a resolution.
12. Meet specified Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
13. Follow instructions and tasks given by Superior.
