Must-Have

Essential: The scheduler administrator requires an in-depth knowledge of Tivoli Workload Scheduler Z/OS (TWSz) , including related control and monitoring systems

Must have at least 5-7 years of administration exp with Tivoli Workload Scheduler Z/OS (TWSz)functions to configure, maintain and troubleshoot job schedules on the mainframe platform

Good-to-Have

Desired:

1] Responsible for efficient and administration of TWS 10.1 in a TWS End-to-End environment supporting Production, Development and QA Environments

2] The scheduling Administrator implements and analyzes complex application dependencies working independently with the application developers to optimize their batch job schedules

3] The scheduling Administrator must evaluate every scheduling requests, exercising independent assessment and judgment to provide a comprehensive explanation for rejecting a request or proposing an alternate scheduling implementation

4] Candidate must have proven ability to independently design and build jobs streams to solve complex workflow automation scenarios

5] Exp with event-based scheduling

6] Exp using CA-11 (CA Workload automation restart option for z/OS Schedulers)

7] Ability to work with a diverse group of different skills, background departments and management levels

8] Candidate must have an exp in mainframe batch environment, knowledge of TWS support operations, best practices and processes

9] Exp with data analytics and strong excel skills

10] Knowledge and usage of DWC v10.1 is a plus

11] Knowledge of Segus TWT tool is a plus

12] Exp with REXX coding is a plus

13] Knowledge of JIRA, Agile methodology is a plus
