Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Maximo installation, WebSphere administration, framework customization, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will be involved in end-to-end Maximo implementations,environment setup, customization, performance tuning, and system integrations using IBM Maximo 7.6 / Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and IBM WebSphere Application Server.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, upgrade Maximo environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Deploy and manage EAR files on WebSphere
• Configure security groups, workflows, escalations, cron tasks
• Develop customizations using Automation Scripts (Python), Java, MBO Framework
• Design and implement integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Develop REST/SOAP APIs, JMS/MQ, DB & flat-file integrations
• Create and maintain BIRT reports
• JVM tuning, performance optimization, and production issue troubleshooting
• Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Technical Skills Required:

• IBM Maximo 7.6 / MAS (hands-on)
• Maximo Framework (MBOs, Services, Business Objects)
• Automation Scripts (Python), BIRT
• WebSphere Administration (Profiles, Clusters, JVM, SSL, EAR deployments)
• MIF, REST/SOAP, JMS/MQ integrations
• Databases: Oracle, DB2, SQL Server (query optimization & tuning)
